1. Returns Eligibility We accept returns for products that are:

  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within the eligible timeframe

Please note — due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.

📦 2. Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
  • Once approved, we will provide full instructions on how to return the item.
  • We will gladly replace it for you at no additional cost.

🔁 3. Incorrect Orders Received the wrong item? We're sorry about that. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will work with you to arrange a return and issue either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
